If you were a Bills fan in the 1990’s, you were witness to one of the most successful decades any professional sports team could have. In those 10 years, the Bills were in the playoffs 8 times. They were in the Super Bowl 4 straight years. Even though they lost all four times, no one else has ever been to four straight Super Bowls and that feat will probably never be matched. Most teams today just can’t summon that kind of consistency. And most teams don’t have the talent that those Bills teams in the 90’s had. How many teams today have a coach that will end up in the Hall of Fame? Not many. Or how many teams have a quarterback that will end up in Canton? Once again, not many. You can add a running back, a wide receiver and a defensive end to the list too. Even their owner, Ralph Wilson has been elected to the Hall of Fame. Those facts just show how great those teams were.
The last decade or so has not been so great. It’s tough to find good things to say about the Bills these days. And it's tough to show your team spirit too. The talent level has gone down dramatically and so has the coaching. The wins are harder to come by and a trip back to the Super Bowl seems like a distinct impossibility. Maybe that’s why you don’t wear your Bills jerseys as much anymore. You don’t wear your hats or gloves anymore either. Sure, you still sit down on Sundays and watch them play but the feelings that you once had just aren’t there anymore. That’s why you bought some Buffalo Bills mens and ladies watches for you and your wife. There were so many Buffalo Bills men’s watches that you couldn’t make up your mind which one to get. You finally settled on 3 Buffalo Bills men’s watches. One for special occasions, one to wear during the season and one for the offseason. You were shocked that there were Buffalo Bills ladies watches. Women are football fans too and someone had the sense to create Bills ladies watches for them to wear. The watches are a great way to show that you still care about your team. And, an easy way to remember the times when they were the greatest team in the AFC. |
